Everyone’s oven is different, and we all enjoy cookies in different ways. Luckily finding the perfect settings for your oven and your tastes just means more cookies.

Preheat the oven to 175°C hot air (190°C conventional)

Remove all packaging and place cookie dough balls 10 cm apart on a baking tray.

Place the baking tray on the
middle-high shelf of the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Leave for 5 minutes
to cool and firm up.

How do you bake the cookies?

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 175°C hot air (190°C conventional).

Step 2: Remove all packaging and place cookie dough balls 10 cm apart on a baking tray.

Step 3: Place the baking tray on the middle-high shelf of the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Leave for 5 minutes to cool and firm up. We know it’s hard but please make the effort;)

Are MIMO Cookies gluten-free?

No. MIMO cookies use high-quality, heat-treated flour to ensure the best flavour and texture to the product. Unfortunately, this same great flour that makes such perfect cookies, contains gluten. However, our wheat-free cookie has no flour in it but it is not certified gluten-free. It may contain traces of gluten.

Are MIMO Cookies dairy free?

Yes! In fact, NO animals were harmed in the making of our cookies, they’re vegan. Yep, that’s right VEGAN, we’re used to that reaction.

Can you eat MIMO Cookie dough raw?

Yes, our cookie dough is safe to eat raw but your home will smell much better if baked before eating.

Do you use packaging that can be recycled?

Yes! Just separate the plastic blister from the cardboard box and throw them in separate recycling bins. Your municipality will take it from here ;)

What is cane sugar molasses?

Molasses is a thick, sweet syrup that comes from beet or cane sugar production. Molasses contains unextractable sugar, vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium. It also helps us create the perfect cookie colours, tastes and textures.
