It all started with a vision for the ultimate cookie dough for baking and snacking.
It's that easy
Imagine what our world would feel like if we all shared a daily mission: experiencing as many moments of joy a day. I bet our world would be a better place.
MIMO came to life to make those moments of joy just a bit more accessible to you. It all started with a vision for the ultimate cookie dough for baking and snacking. Inspired by a passion for creating delicious treats that don't negatively impact living beings with whom we share our home.
MIMO stands for our tagline, Mindful Mouthful.
We believe that change starts from within, so we pay attention to what is inside our cookies. MIMO cookies contain no artificial preservatives or additives. Our ingredients are mindfully sourced and carefully selected.
We are working on getting our products in as many stores as possible. Check out our Find Us section to let us know where you’d like to find us!
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 175°C hot air (190°C conventional).
Step 2: Remove all packaging and place cookie dough balls 10 cm apart on a baking tray.
Step 3: Place the baking tray on the middle-high shelf of the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Leave for 5 minutes to cool and firm up. We know it’s hard but please make the effort;)
Everyone’s oven is different, and we all enjoy cookies in different ways. Luckily finding the perfect settings for your oven and your tastes just means more cookies.
No. MIMO cookies use high-quality, heat-treated flour to ensure the best flavour and texture to the product. Unfortunately, this same great flour that makes such perfect cookies, contains gluten. However, our wheat-free cookie has no flour in it but it is not certified gluten-free. It may contain traces of gluten.
Yes! In fact, NO animals were harmed in the making of our cookies, they’re vegan. Yep, that’s right VEGAN, we’re used to that reaction.
Yes, our cookie dough is safe to eat raw but your home will smell much better if baked before eating.
Yes! Just separate the plastic blister from the cardboard box and throw them in separate recycling bins. Your municipality will take it from here ;)
Molasses is a thick, sweet syrup that comes from beet or cane sugar production. Molasses contains unextractable sugar, vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium. It also helps us create the perfect cookie colours, tastes and textures.
